My Concept

admin-ajax.phpI am a highly motivated specialist offering a unique, holistic approach to health and wellbeing and providing carefully customised solutions. The wide breadth of knowledge and experience I bring to my practice are my greatest asset and underpin the integrated approach to the health and therapeutic needs of my clients.

My motto is ‘No two people are the same’. Neuroscience has revealed that the structure of our brain is such that we do not see reality directly but only the interpretations that our brain has created using past experience. Since no two people experience life in exactly the same way, no two people will have identical representations of reality. NeuroLinguistic Programming (NLP) calls each individual’s perception of the world their ‘map’. Our own map of the world is what determines feelings and behaviour.

I draw my knowledge from a broad range of sources. However, the body-mind connection approach to healing is what mostly inspires me and informs my work. The holistic treatments and therapies I offer focus on the body-mind connection and address psychological, emotional and physical conditions by tapping into the person’s innate self-healing power.

I believe that healing can only be achieved by treating the person as a whole rather than just focusing on the symptoms. The disharmony that is initially felt within the mind as anger, frustration, depression, or worry can eventually manifest as physical disease if nothing is done to correct the imbalance. My aim is to provide individuals with the tools and support they need to master the body-mind connection and maintain optimum balance and health.

I am committed to continuous improvement through training, supervision, self-evaluation, and a regular client feedback process. I see myself both as a teacher and a learner who constantly strives to refine her skills and add new tools to her toolbox. I am committed to acting ethically in all aspects of my work and to maintaining the highest standards of honesty and integrity. I adhere to the Code of Practice laid down by the Yoga Alliance and the Code of Conduct drawn up by the UK Register of Exercise Professionals. As a life coach and NLP therapist I abide to the British Psychological Society Code of Conduct. Regarding my activity as an EFT practitioner, I committed to follow the AAMET Code of Conduct and Ethics.
